Please note that this Pure Jaggery does not contain added sugar, sulphur or any hardening agents. The Khejur Patali is made from pure Khejur Gur, which gives it a soft, fudgy texture. Due to the absence of added sugar and other hardening agents, the Patali may soften and lose its shape, especially when exposed to warmer temperatures. It may also develop a slightly sticky texture – this is completely normal and does not affect the quality or taste of the product.
To maintain its ideal consistency and prevent it from melting, we recommend storing the Patali in the refrigerator.
