Please note that Pure Nalen Gur is completely free of any artificial additives or preservatives. As a result, variations in temperature or local weather conditions can sometimes cause slight fermentation, which may lead to the puffing of the pack. However, this is a natural occurrence and does not mean that the gur is spoiled. If this happens, simply heat the gur in a pan for a few minutes and allow it to cool down to restore its original texture.
To maintain its freshness and quality, we recommend storing the gur in the refrigerator after receipt.
